Connecting with Ryan made the job of selling the house easy, stress free and seamless. The process was very fast (about two weeks from start to finish) and smooth. We have nothing but good things to say about Ryan Kindle and the process we just experienced. My wife and I were dreading the sale of our house. We had already been disappointed once before and that cost us time, money and a lot of sleep.
So, we entered this search for a new buyer with a lot of apprehension. From the beginning we had many suitors, but it came clear that as negotiations went on that Ryan Kindle understood and responded to our needs. Being a very busy person, I wanted to keep the correspondence in emails. Ryan honored this request almost religiously. When we informed him of a raise in bid, he responded with a counter quickly, when we needed the contract written for some special needs, we had, he quickly rewrote the contract to include it. All in all Ryan showed that he was involved with our transaction and it was important to him to make sure we were satisfied at the same time he knew what he needed to make it work for him.
The day of the sale went smoothly, the escrow agent chosen by Ryan, was professional and efficient. While we waited, our conversation was light and interesting.
All in all, a great experience with a transaction that could have been easily so much harder if the buyer had not cared about the purchaser. And then he gave a portion of the sale to charity, a very nice gesture.
